What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong, we will be here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!

How can I book an appointment?

Easily. You can go to our website, follow the steps, and choose your plan. You will have a field to add any additional requests or description for us.

Can I book your service weekly?

Yes, we can provide services daily, weekly, bi weekly, and monthly for all our customers. We also offer some discounts to our recurring client.

Can I reschedule my appointment? Will there be any fees?

Yes, you may contact us and let us know about when you would like to reschedule your appointment to. There is no charge for rescheduling the appointment.

What is the cancelation policy?

If there is a 24 hour or longer cancellation notice, there will be no fees.

Should I make a contract with you if I want recurring service?

No, you can simply book a recurring service with no need of submitting a contract.

Do I have to be home when the cleaners come?

If you wish to be away while the cleaners are doing their work, just make sure that they can enter the house. Let them know where you want the keys left when the cleaning is over.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Standard cleaning service for a home or apartment is Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and the oven. They can be selected on the booking form when you select the service.

What is Deep Cleaning?

Deep cleaning is a more thorough type of cleaning suggested for homes that have not been cleaned for over a month. It includes standard cleaning on top of special services. You can check our website for further details.

How often do I need to have standard cleaning?

Weekly or monthly services are suggested.

How often do I need to have deep cleaning?

If you have not cleaned your house or apartment for longer than a month, we suggest monthly deep cleaning.

Do your services include backyard or garage cleaning?

Typically, exterior cleaning is not included in the service. If you mention it in the booking description, however, our cleaners might be able to do it for an additional fee.

Does your service include cleaning behind the furniture or appliances?

Yes. Only, make sure the areas where you need cleaning are not blocked by heavy furniture or other appliances. Any heavy lifting is excluded from cleaning services.

Do the cleaners clean the ceiling, ceiling fans, chandeliers or other high areas with a ladder?

Under 8 feet in the condition that the customer provides a standard and safe ladder.

Can I prioritize my cleaning service requirements or should I follow the checklist?

You can let us know what your priorities are, we can offer good and affordable services based on your request.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products, and equipment?

Our team will provide all the supplies needed. If, however, you prefer them to use your supplies and materials, make sure to mention that in your service.

What kind of products or solutions do you use for cleaning?

We use high-quality products in the market. If, however, you are concerned about special products like Eco-friendly, Organic, pet-friendly, Anti-allergic cleaning product please make sure to mention it in the booking. We can use your preferred product if you have a preference, or we can provide it for you and add to the invoice accordingly.

Are your cleaners background checked?

Yes, all our cleaner should pass the background check before we hire them. We have a zero-tolerance policy in this matter.

Can I substitute my cleaner if I am not satisfied with the current cleaner?

Yes, you can have a substitution if you are not happy with your hired cleaner.

What is your policy if I am not happy with the service?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Our cleaners always do their best to make sure that a thorough job is done. They will lead you on a walk-through before and after the process to make sure you are happy with the service. If there is a valid complaint, however, we can discuss sending the cleaners over to make sure that your expectation is met. Unfortunately, there will be no refunds after the cleaners have arrived at the location.

Is there any hazardous material policy?

Yes, if your house qualifies as being a hazardous property, the cleaners have the right to exit the property. In such a case, there will be a $35 cancellation/travel fee. Biohazardous matter like blood, poop, etc. Will not be included in the cleaning service.

Should my house have electricity and water for cleaners?

Yes, if your water or electricity is shut off, the service will be canceled for a cancellation fee of $35.

Are you pet-friendly, or should I keep away my pet on cleaning service day?

We love your little friends and all your pets, but to help our cleaners to have a high focus on cleaning and also to have your pet safe, we suggest having your pet away from cleaning areas.

Are there additional charges if the house cleaning service is during the weekend?

The day of the week will not affect the price of the order.
