1: Our cleaners will ask you for a before-and-after walkthrough. If you dismiss the walkthrough, we will be unable to offer any warranties, revisits, or discounts. In case the client is not satisfied with the cleaning service, the matter must be communicated to the company within 48 hours after the service is done. If the issue is valid, we will arrange for a free re-visit to take care of it. After the cleaners have arrived at the location, no refunds will be possible.
2: If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide a 24-hour notice or longer. If the cancellation/reschedule is communicated in shorter than 24 hours, there will be a $50 cancellation fee. In case the cleaners have already traveled to your location, the fee will be $75.
3: If your property is in such bad conditions that proper cleaning exceeds the standard service, there might be need adjustments to the price. Any changes to the cost will always be communicated and confirmed with the customer. If the price adjustments aren’t confirmed, the cleaners will carry out the standard service. In such cases, no re-visits will be provided.
